GENERAL SCENARIO

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Zalya's closet has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Zalya's closet and accept Zalya's closet decision regarding the cancellation. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Zalya's closet for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

OUR RETURN POLICY

There is no refund/exchange/return policy.
Sale Products are not exchangeable/refundable ,even if there is any minor damage.
We do proper quality check before the product is sent. There might be 0.5% chance a minor damaged product might be sent.
If the product is damaged the time you receive it(Full parcel opening video is a must without cuts from starting till end)without this no complaints will be entertained, we provide refund
Slight Colour Variations may occur due to different screen resolution/ Photographic lighting
